Payment and cancellation
- Payment is invoiced after you approve the design proof; applicable sales tax, if any, is added to the invoice.
- Cancel within 2 hours of placing your order by writing through the contact form for a full refund to the same payment method within 7 business days. After production begins, custom items cannot be refunded.
- If we cannot complete your order as specified, you receive a full refund to the same payment method within 5 business days.
- Blank garments are not included in the listed prices unless quoted separately.
- Original graphic design or logo creation is not included; you provide the design file or use the online tool to create one.
